- Room 4- big room with 4 double sized bunk beds and 4 extra double sized extra mattress
PARKING:
- 2 car parking reserved for this cabin
- Extra car is okay given that there is available parking space that has not been used by other cabins
- There is also available parking below Indian temple (first come first serve basis), and there are pay parking around the area
- We also have parking space in our other location 3-5 minutes drive from the accommodation
- Also SM has an overnight parking

We accept Early Check in or late check out with a fee but it depends on the availability.

Cancellation Policy
- NO CANCELLATION
- Re-schedule:
- A fine of P1,000 is implemented
- We accept a re-schedule if it has only been 1 week from booking and 14 days before check in

Check-out Policy
- Ensure all the dishes are clean
- Dispose of all trash properly
- Return the key to the caretakers
- Get your surrendered ID from the caretakers
- Make sure the property is free from trash and all trash must be in the garbage bin
- Double check all your belongings before checking out. Security Deposits will be refunded within the day of check out after the final checking
- Check out: 11am

House Rules
- Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay.
- Any missing items or damages will result in additional charges.
- Garbage
- Please throw your garbage properly inside the garbage bins
- Do not throw any garbage or cigarettes inside or outside the balconies, penalty of ₱5,000 if caught. (We have designated trash bins in the balcony)
- For guests with pet:
- we require a ₱2,000 deposit upon check in (refundable upon check out given there are no damages and foul odor)
- With fee of ₱150 per pet (small to medium dogs), ₱250 for large dogs
- We are pet-friendly, but pet owners are responsible for their pets’ behavior.
- Pets must not be left unattended in the rooms. Any damages caused by pets will incur additional fees.
- Please clean up after your pet and ensure they do not disturb other guests.
- Pets must always wear diapers at all times
- No Smoking Policy
- Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and indoor common areas.
- A designated smoking area is available.
- A cleaning fee will be charged for any violations of this policy.
- Quiet Hours are from 9PM – 5AM
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum during these times to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
- Kitchen Use
- If your accommodation includes kitchen facilities, please ensure it is left clean after use.
- Cooking is allowed only in designated areas. The use of BBQ grills inside rooms is prohibited.
- Parking
- Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- We are not responsible for damage or theft of vehicles parked on the property.
- Personal belongings
- We are not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests should take care of their valuables
- Security deposit
- We will be collecting ₱2,000 security deposit and will be refunded upon check out given there are no damages
